There are so many benefits of chia seeds! They can lower your triglycerides, regulate blood sugar, improve brain function, improve energy, they give a ton of fiber and rich in antioxidants. They are also tasteless (at least I think so) and you can add them to a bunch of stuff to help you feel full and lose weight. I like to make a quarter cup of quinoa and add a cooked egg and a few tablespoons of chia seeds, then put some hot sauce on it. I know it sounds kind of gross but it’s sooo good!
