Healthy Salsa recipe

This healthy and delicious salsa recipe comes from my dad, who makes it every year. It’s such a hit that it never lasts long and he ends up making huge bowls of it for a single party, yum!

What you’ll need:

4-5 tomatoes Tomatoes diced
1/2 Onion diced
1 jar Banana peppers chopped
4-8 cloves Garlic chopped into small pieces
1 1/3 cups Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

A pinch of Powdered sugar  (optional)
Cilantro to taste (optional)

Raise the heat factor;

Medium: 2 jalapeños diced
Hot: 2 habeneros diced (wear gloves)
Burn your mouth: 2 ghost peppers chopped into tiny pieces (wear gloves)
Hell in your mouth: 1 Butch T pepper chopped into tiny pieces (wear gloves and eat at your own risk).

Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve! The longer the ingredients soak in the vinegar the more flavorful it will be, ideal chill times are 6-8 hours.
