When you have a picky 4 year old on your hands and all she wants to do is eat cookies and candy all day, you start to realize you need to figure out a healthy way to make that happen. So, here is a simple granola bar recipe that I use to fool her into thinking she’s eating candy bars (chocolate chips can fool anyone, right? 😉 ). They taste delicious and the more things you add in, the healthier and more delicious it can be! Even chocolate is good for you, by the way, it boosts your endorphins and happy people don’t kill other people (Legally Blonde anyone?), it also boosts your immune system and fights off bad stuff. So eat some chocolate, you have an excuse!
