The Best Ever Vegan Chili
2 jars tomato sauce
3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
1 can chili beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
3 teaspoons hummus
1/8 cup spicy mustard
1 tsp of each of the following spices;
cajun
soul spice
lemon pepper
onion powder
rosemary
chili pepper
garlic
oregano
habenero**
1/4 tsp curry
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp ghost chili powder**
2 cups of almond/soy milk (unsweetened)Mix everything together and cook in a pot until warmed (or place in a crockpot for a few hours). Serve and enjoy!
**Extremely spicy ingredients, use at your own risk!
This chili is sooooo good, my husband came up with the recipe for one of our vegan friends who was coming over on our weekly chili night, we didn’t want to be rude hosts and leave her out so we made this special for her, but everyone else liked it too 🙂
