Use your Hands for something other than eating.

In order to keep myself from eating unnecessarily, I have found other ways to occupy my hands and mental capacity. Art is hard! It takes a lot of concentration and finding different colors and trying to create dimension. What are some things you could do or learn that would relieve stress and occupy your mind/hands so that you wouldn’t eat unnecessarily?
