Younique 3D Fiber Lash Tutorial

I thought I would  do this Younique 3D Fiber Lash Tutorial to show you how I do my lashes and maybe make it a little bit easier for some. I saw a review somewhere that said it was taking them 15-20 minutes per eye to do their lashes and I was like, what!? Really? No way. So I did this to show everyone how easy it is! 🙂

Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

Some days you just need a little chocolate in your life, but you really don’t want to break your diet but you also don’t want the nasty preservatives that come with store bought chocolate syrup, or aspartame. Well then this sugar free chocolate syrup recipe is for you!

Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

1.5 cups water,

3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder,

1/2 cup truvia (or 1/8 cup stevia)

pinch of cinnamon,

dash of vanilla, boil over medium heat and whisk until it thickens 5-10 min, store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks. If you are using stevia instead of truvia wait until the ingredients are near done and thickened and then add it. Stevia doesn’t cook as well and will leave you with a more bitter aftertaste if added too early. 🙂



Energizing Limeberry Drink

I am LOVING the Trim Healthy Mama meal plan! I have been on it for a week now and I’m down 2.6lbs woohoo! I decided to mix up some of their recipes and came up with this delicious FP (Fuel Pull) Drink!

Lime Strawberry Juice Drink

What you’ll need:

8-10 strawberries
2 cups of water
4 packets of True Lime
4 packets of Truvia
Dash of ginger
1 TBSP Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

Place in a blender and blend blend blend! So good!

I felt so energized after drinking this, I was ready to go! 🙂



Coconut Lime Truffles – low carb dessert, diabetes friendly!

Coconut Lime Truffles Low Carb Dessert

Coconut Lime Truffles, low carb dessert that is diabetes friendly! You’ll LOVE these, they are SO good! I adapted an original recipe from one of Trim Healthy Mama’s followers. This fits in with the THM diet and it’s simply fantastic!

Coconut Lime Truffles

3 Ounces Cream cheese
2-3 packets of True Lime (if you like it with a little bite, add 3, otherwise add 2) *
2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
5 packets of Truvia or 1 tsp pure stevia
2. Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. Extra virgin coconut oil
Dash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Unsweetened coconut flakes (for rolling)

Mix all ingredients together (except for the coconut flakes). Roll the mixture into little balls. Roll the balls into the coconut. Place them in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Easy peasy!


* Note: You can make these lemon coconut by using True Lemon, or juice of half a lemon and it’s also very delicious!






No makeup vs. Younique Makeup

Makeup no makeup

I left one half of my face without makeup and the other half I used Younique products. You can see that even though it’s subtle, the differences are fairly dramatic. My skin color is evened out, it looks smoother, my lips really pop, I love it! I used; Mineral Touch Cream foundation, fabulous concealer as a ‘setting powder’ (I don’t yet have their Mineral Touch powder, but I will!), the Lucrative lipgloss in “Lavish”, Corrupted as eyeliner and then 3D Fiber Lash Mascara (gel only, no fibers).
